Before Leaving the Office
 
  1. Make sure all images have been downloaded from the Memory Card to the computer in the office.
  2. Make sure the battery in the camera is fully charge
  3. Make sure you have all equipment including: Spare Battery Spare Memory Card Lens Cleaning Cloth Dust removing Air Blower Camera Tripod Panoramic Lens Any Lens Adaptors Any Step Rings for Lens Connection
 
To Ensure The Best Possible Virtual Tours
 
  1. Ensure all lenses are perfectly clean: Camera Lens Panoramic Lens Glass Surface Conical Reflective Mirror on the Panoramic Lens
  2. Mount camera on tripod, securely, with lens pointing vertically.
  3. Attach any necessary Adaptor to the camera
  4. Attach any necessary Step Rings to the Lens (Do not over tighten)
  5. Expose Lens by pulling down the cover
  6. Attach Lens to the camera (Do not over tighten)
  7. Adjust tripod until Optic is vertical (refer to bubble level on top of Optic).
  8. Turn Camera Power on.
  9. Turn Mode Dial to "C1" where the settings have previously been saved
  10. Fold out the LCD Screen and adjust rotation for easy viewing
  11. Position the Camera on the tripod in the best location within the room to be photographed. This is usually the centre of the room but anywhere near should be fine.
  12. Check that Optic is still perfectly vertical (refer to bubble level on top of Optic) and adjust accordingly.
  13. Click the Shutter button and leave the room, only returning when image has been taken. Please remember that if using AEB 3 pictures will be taken and that in low light conditions the shutter may remain open for as much as 10 seconds after you have heard the shutter sound.
  14. Repeat steps 11 to 13 until all photo’s are complete.
